Hello everyone.
I just got a D6 in the door. I have changed the hammertips, and its working fine. BUT, I have no remarkable sustain in the high octaves, unless i hit the note real hard, and even then, it is not consequent, sometimes it sustain sometimes it dont. Its not the sustain knob (thingy) because I have tried lifting that, and the result is the same. The strings dont touch the platform (contacts) so im figuring its the yarn thats the problem. How do I fix that? Do I have to reyarn? I have tried fideling with it, but it dosnt do the trick. I have an E7, and it has much more sustain on all tones, than my D6.
Hope someone (Aaron
) can help.
Best regards from Denmark.
Rune.
