I just replaced the hammertips in my clavinet, because the olds where mushy. Some of the keys still stick, because some of the rubber from the old tips, is stuck to the strings making the new hammertips stick also.... Do I have to change the strings or is there a way to get them clean. I have tried using my nails, but it dosnt do the trick. Plus it leave me all blooded up under my finger nails. he he.
